It has always been a tradition that women who are experienced in birth accompany expectant mothers on their journey. As a doula, I take on that very role. I stay by your side from pregnancy, through birth, into the postpartum period and beyond. I see the value of my work in the fact that I can offer you grounded support with plenty of time, in the way that is best for you, thus forming a constant rock in the waves of change. As a doula, I complement the support of a midwife or doctor and can go into depth with you on topics for which there is normally not enough time. (As a doula I do not replace the care of a midwife and have no medical expertise).

Since I travel, I offer most of my support online. This is especially helpful if you are a traveler yourself or live in a place where there is no doula that suits you. The online support looks something like this: We meet regularly via video call and create a warm, cozy space, with candles and tea and my undivided attention.
